The Accounts Coordinator is a vital part of supporting the day-to-day aspects of the sales and client relations and retention of all Futureshirts clients. This role assists in and maintains favorable relationships with sales, graphic design, production, tour and e-commerce team members to support the product development and logistics of the 360’ sales process.

Full Time

The Accountant should be proficient and able to process sensitive financial transactions, with both candor and confidence from coworkers and clients. This person should have an intermediate understanding of accounting and prefer detail and accuracy. The Accountant should be proactive and fully understand that Futureshirts is a relational business, focused on GREAT service to our clients, and that we desire a true servant in this position.

The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator is proactive and works directly with our Tour Coordinators to maintain deliveries, inventory pulls, and inventory counts for our touring clients and to provide solutions for efficiency and organization within the warehouse.

A Futureshirts Account Manager (AM) is a vital link between the company and Futureshirts’ clients. He or she is challenged AND responsible for managing a profitable business for their Clients and Futureshirts, by modeling both excellent service and sound business decisions. An AM nurtures and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing accounts/clients to oversee the design and development, production, delivery and distribution/sale of merchandise for their roster of clients.

Futureshirts provides pick-pack fulfillment for entertainment and music webstores. We are seeking well qualified individuals for our Nashville, TN warehouse for full time work on an hourly basis, 8:30a-5:30p (with a one-hour unpaid lunch). The Fulfillment Associate is proactive and works to maintain pick/pack/shipment of orders on or before applicable deadlines and find new solutions for efficiency and organization within the warehouse. This position truly exists to serve the clients, and the FS Team, making all parties believers!

Conceptualize and produce website/webstore themes and content on Shopify that effectively and creatively support brand, marketing and sales objectives. Project examples include, but are not limited to, the design and development of responsive Shopify web stores and websites, static/animated online ads, conversion of static designs to HTML, among others for musical artists, brands, influencers, and more.

The Office Assistant is vital to the appearance of Futureshirts for the comfort of clients and fundamental to the staff resources and supplies. This person shall be tasked with maintaining our office atmosphere to ensure that our office space is a delightful and inspiring environment for our team and clients. You will be given the freedom to be yourself in this role, as well as provided the tools necessary to be successful!

We provide interns with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while gaining a deeper understanding of concepts through hands-on application. Working closely with their supervisor, interns explore their career field of interest, acquire new skills, and develop transferable skills.
